Buyer beware... I got 2 units on a special discount they had going. I asked how long the discount was going to last and they made it sound indefinite. Within a few months the rate went up and the discount was gone. The bill still shows the discount percentage but the dollar amount is $0. I have called multiple times to try and get this corrected/reinstated, but they keep saying it is denied. Felt like a bait and switch. Beware...

We had some huge tasks before us and needed somewhere to store our things while we remodeled and decluttered to prepare for our home listing and ultimately our big move out of state. The staff at this cube smart was amazing. Their attitude reflected the fact that they understood people in our situation are going through a big life change and are under considerable extra stress. They truly bent over backwards to be helpful and get us the right amount of space and the best deal. Cannot recommend them enough!
