This is my first experience with Public Storage. My reservation was taken courteously. I was greeted when I got there. Paperwork was minimal. I was shown to my unit and left with confidence that my goods would be safe and accessable.

My past experience with storage facilities was nothing like what I experienced when I came here. I was not exactly excited about needing extra storage, especially with the extra cost around the holidays but I walked in and was greeted by both Gina and George with such a positive attitude it completely changed my day. They answered any and all my questions and made the whole process so smooth. I hope I won't need extra storage for long however I definitely know who to recommend and who will have my business in the future.
