The access was easy, I installed the app and is very useful. The only thing I would like is directions on how to reach my unit, because the first time took a while to find it.

Great customer service. Property manager called me (after I made reservation online) to make sure that I choose the right size storage for my particular needs. Great location in Katy near I-10.

The manager was informative and outgoing. The storage unit was clean and the hallways were lighted, with a movement detector switch for on/off. The comfort air was at a reasonable setting. The wire grate for a ceiling for the storage unit was disappointing; I was expecting a bit more security on that detail. I like the security with the personal entry code to the property and the elevator. My daughter used Public Storage in Austin with satisfaction. So, with her experience and your introductory sale price, it made sense. Now, the question will be if the price stays reasonable after 6 months.

Excellent service and facility

Personnel were very precessional and knew exactly what they were doing. The facility was very clean. Everything was clean the lockers, we were very impressed with the facility and staff members.

The team at this location is very helpful to make sure you have what you need and get the best pricing. The follow-up after the online reservation was also very good. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. Outside units are easily accessible for large trucks.

I really like this location! Ms.Tracie was very helpful and hospitable while I was there. She was very clear on explaining everything about the storage and how it works. Just very sweet lady overall. I hope everytime I go back, I see her because she was just so generous and I even noticed how she was assisting others when I walked in. She greeted me and told me that she would be right with me.
