Everything was as should be. Gate was ready to operate. Unit was clean and nothing complicated with the lock. I've had issues at other storage units with the gate. Getting it open .... And then it being open and not locked.

Not a bad experience at all. Good size unit at a fair price even after the move in special. Only trouble is, the call back response took over a day when I needed to speak with someone

For the price, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s okay. Smells bad, like rats and mildew, but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s cheap comparatively and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a convenient location. I thought climate control meant AC, but I think it must just mean it has insulation. Somewhat disappointing.

So far so good. I just moved in. I love that it has 24 hr access. I had a hard time finding that when I moved from San Antonio to here. Nice facility. And the price is right! Thanks

The facility is fully self service. We were able to book online and were given a gate code and lock code to access the unit. It was a very easy experience. We did use SpareFoot and even though it has the move in date correct there was no way to change the move in date on the facilities website from the current date so we had to wait until our preferred move in date before we could actually purchase the unit.

This is only my 2nd time using a storage facility, so I am not an expert, but kudos! It was so easy to reserve online. Had a bit of an issue (all on me) when I arrived with the paperwork, but I figured it out and got moved in pretty quick. I love the automated gate access, although I wish there was an app for the tenant portal, it would make things like accessing my account and opening the gate easier to navigate to.

Came to Texas and wanted a 24/7 storage unit with a good price and I found it at 10 Federal storage

Quick and fast too get the storage really convenient..

This process was just that as easy as 1-2-3!!! Lock was on when we arrived to our unit as promised. Unit was clean and instructions on gate code lock process and everything else was very detailed.

Just moved back to Texas from Virginia. And it was the easiest move into storage and the constant communication from employees checking in etc.

This disaffected offers great pricing with simple setup. The units are in good shape. My only complaint is that the found is gravel and the door doesn't close all the way. It appears water will get in, however there is an easy fix by going to Lowe's and grabbing free pallets you can make a floor.

It was great everything online didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to do no lot off driving around town dealing with traffic and extra bs I enjoyed sitting at home and being able to still take care of my business

It was convenient to be able to open the gate remotely! It's in such a small area and easy to find then navigate. The only problem we had was getting OUT of the place because I didn't know the code so I just ended up opening the gate remotely! It's so quiet there and we only need the space for a few months but I'm probably going to end up just keeping it. The 5X5 is bigger than I thought, about 10 feet tall if not taller. The price is unbeatable, especially compared to other storage units I've used in this area....

I like the 24 hour access and how a code is needed to enter my unit building. Helped me feel very safe. As far as cleanliness, a BUNCH of dead bugs. But for the minor upgrades ... More light inside units or electric outlets highly recommended. When I moved in, it was a holiday so office was closed but luckily maintenance was on property and able to help me access my unit. He was extremely nice and patient.

Never knew this storage facility was there and I have been in the area for over 20 years. It is well maintained and got a great space all at the same time. This was my first time renting without a person onsite but the customer service was super fantastic and stayed on the phone with me until I successfully got everything. The patience and information was amazing. Thank y'all again.

Cheap, but took about 3 hours to get in on the say of the move. Nobody works on site. Had to call in and felt like my identify was being stolen the entire time. Small entrance so I had to park down the street to avoid clogging the entrance for 3 hours. Since nobody works on site I was given a spot I couldn't fit into, but was able to change to another spot, though there was confusion since numerous spots weren't labeled.

I contracted completely online. When I got to the storage my code would not work to get into the gate. There was an office building on location but unmanned. When I called to get into the gate I was meet with a customer service agent that made me feel like my call was an inconvenience. I received a temporary code and got in and when I asked about the combination code I was rudely told the code I received in the email was the code. Granted the code for the gate didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work so I did not assume that the combination code would workﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦoh wait I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t receive a code for the combination. Thankfully the rude customer service agent stayed on the phone and looked the serial number up and got me the code. I still have not received my non-temporary code for the gate.
