Please note, there is not an office on-site which is why we can offer such great rates. Please make your reservation online, then the lease can be completed online. You may also stop by our main office during office hours to complete your reservation: 254-Storage's Main Office: 308 N Industrial Waco, TX 76710 254-Storage - Spacious Skies location is located just off FM 116 in Copperas Cove. Our facility is well secured with and has an electronic access gate with a fully fenced perimeter. Moving supplies are available for sale at our main office location. A 10 cleaning deposit is required at the time of move-in and is refundable at the time of move-out (must clean unit and remove lock).

Electric gate with numeric entrance is great way to enter. wide and paved area to maneuver your trailer or truck is great. Units have good visibility from the road for security. one of the best in the area.

It's decent if you need 24 hour access. Most other places in Copperas Cove don't have 24 hour access. This location is located on a hill and the keypad is close enough to the gate that some vehicles will have a problem pulling up close enough to the keypad to enter the gate code without running in to the gate. Combined, those 2 issues can be pretty annoying.
