Just the exit gate you basically have to drive into it for it to work. 2500 Sq ft cost the same as a 5×10. Pricing are a little high for there discount rate.

Customer service is great and the site was amazing

From the moment that I reserved online until I placed the lock and beyond, Belinda and Ty went above and beyond. I placed my lock on incorrectly and the door was able to slide up a bit, but I was already on the road to my new home. Linda cut it off and replaced the lock for me.

Life storage has the best pricing and offers out of the area. For a while I was looking for a storage unit that would work with my demands of a smaller unit then moving to a bigger unit. I was able to switch with ease and have the cheaper online pricing

I highly recommend using Life Storage in Killeen, TX. The Asst Mgr, Belinda, was courteous, on the ball, and thorough in explaining & processing everything. She was knowledgeable and thought steps ahead while making suggestions. She made this transistion much simpler. The facility is really clean, roomy, with lots of secuity.

I got there right before closing and they were so nice and understanding. I will ALWAYS use them for storage needs. I recommend them to a friend who used them the very next day.

Unit was reserved effortlessly on line. Customer service was awesome. Pricing is fair and lowest I found.Two things I was not happy with, and appears to be within the market. Forced to purchase monthly insurance at $13 and a one time administration fee of $22.

The storage, is well lighted, clean and a large docking area. Customer service is superb and don't shy to ask questions, they will politely answer to the best of their knowledge.

I had a very easy and pleasant time with the paper work. They young female at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I liked that upon us leaving the gate opend automatically opposed to having to put in a code. I feel that it is a very safe enviornment and i am comfortible with storing my property there. Had problems with getting there lock off the storage they we're at lunch for over 3 hours had to wait on them for 3 hours to get there lock off so i could put my stuff in my storage unit not very helpful at all

Showed up at 2:00. Building closed at 4. Lady that worked there was gone until 245 and then was impolite to me when she finally showed up.

Paperwork took forever. They never answer the phone when I call. The place is clean and very secure, however you pay way to much for the storage space.
