I moved from New Orleans to copperas cove made a reservation online and when I arrived everything was smooth sailing

The area that I had was climate controlled and had cameras in each hall way making me feel safe about leaving my items in storage. Great customer service too.

I just moved from out of state. Miss Lynn was so helpful before and after I arrived. She went above and beyond to make sure my move was as stress free as possible. I highly recommend this storage facility. It's very clean and my large moving truck fit perfectly.

I gave 5 stars because the facility itself is extremely clean. My only complaint is the one person at the desk was rude. I almost felt as if my being there was an inconvenience. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

The only problem I had was the distance I had to haul my furniture. It was 100 steps from the unloading area to my unit. There was a door 20 feet away, but they said they could not open it. Go figure!

In all fairness, the place just came under new management. The building is a little rough around the edges when it comes to aesthetics, but it looks like they are making progress. If you have large furniture, you may want to do a measurement of their front doorway (automatic sliding glass doors followed by a set of push/swing set of glass doors) before you make your payment. On that note, they do have a ramp that allows you to roll thigs up to the door, so make sure you factor in the height of whatever wheeled device you're using. They give military discounts. They have discounts for using sparefoot as well. Heads up to Soldiers, they do you have sign a Servicemember's Civil Relief Act waiver. This means no getting out of your contract due to a deployment or orders. If I think of anything else useful, I'll update this review.
