I had trouble locating my unit and they walked there and showed me where it was. They also took the time to show me how to open my door as I was confused on how to open it. Thank you

i start paying $57 per month and in less than a year they are going to bill me $146 per month. Then I need to move everithing I have there to another space. This is not fair. I dont recomend this storage company.

Very kind people One employee actually walked to show me where my storage unit was because I had went through the wrong gate and did not know where it was. Also another diffrent employee had taken care of me in a timely manner when there was a lock on my storage unit that I had just rented. 10 out of 10. I would recommend.

I was first helped by a nice gentleman who answered the phone, and then I was relayed to a lady on site. She took good care of me and was very nice. She was very knowledgeable about the operation. Thanks for all of your help!

Employee helped me locate and gain access to the storage unit. I already had my own lock and she quickly refunded the lock fee.

Signed up for my storage unit online everything was smooth and easy. Great prices accept how they bill you not so much it should just be every 30 days no matter what the date is when you sign. I got it on December eighteenth, paid and still on January 1st. Have to make another little payment. Sometimes cannot be convenient for people so should be exactly every thirty days a payment.

We needed a storage for all of our household goods and found this unit to be perfect, the grounds were well kept, the units were very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. We will be using self storage long term now.

Not only were they extremely helpful, but very pleasant to talk to as well! They answered all my questions and brought up stuff that I didn't even think about.

Cancel the rental insurance. I didn't have a problem with the storage and the managers was friendly.
