Met with on site Manager Lori who is truly genuine and caring on finding what fit my needs. She went extra mile to pair up my units (2) so as access was easy to go between. Started to move in and discovered the 2nd unit I needed to be larger, 10 x 5 upgrade to a 10 x10 - It was easy to transfer on a quick phone call. Lori was Fantastic. Very nice facility. I had just had a bad experience with Storage King the day before trying to rent , so decided to look elsewhere. Glad I found Best Box!

I moved from public storage which was the worst experience to coming to the Best Box which so far has been the greatest storage experience from getting the unit to experiencing awesome customer service from Lori. Not to mention how clean and beautiful the facility is.

The storage is nice but what made the whole thing for me was the customer service I received from Lori, she helped with everything and made it smooth! I honestly would say I got a storage unit because of her.
