Public Storage - Kingwood - 22559 Highway 59 N

The climate was too warm inside the day I moved in, I hope the A/C was working properly, if not hope they check into it.

When I called to book I asked for a climate controlled unit but when I arrived on move- in day I see that it is NOT a climate controlled unit. I need to remove my belongings soon and pay for another storage unit elsewhere. The price is too high for unit size and no a/c!! Very disappointed.

Reserved a unit online, but when I arrived at the location, that size was not available. I was given a unit slightly bigger for the same price so it all worked out.

Nikita was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the experience wonderful. We were able to grab a great deal and will always be customers of Public Storage.

While giving out storage to new renters, would really appreciate that they are cleaned out before handover from the previous renters.
