While this is not the first time we've used Public Storage to handle our storage needs, I have to say our experience with your Manager Gladys was incredible. She was friendly, helpful, and willing to assist in our every need. She went out of her way to take us to our storage unit and guide us step-by-step through the entire process. She is a very thoughtful (and funny) person. Glady made the rental process easy, and even a bit entertaining. This is definitely a 5 star review

the online reservation worked well. The facility was clean and everything looked new. Best of all was the manager on duty the day I finalized my reservation, Gladys. She was amazing. Whatever you're paying her, it's not enough. She's the rare truly customer oriented employee, and you should be sure to hang on to her.

I use Public Storage on Northpark in Kingwood. Rented a second unit last week. Gladys helped me with that. Very friendly. Knowledgeable. Got me set up and on my way in no time. The units are clean. Secure. I get regular communication from PS via email. I don't like to spend money on storage. But since I have to. I wouldn't keep my stuff anywhere else. You should too.

My mother had a great experience getting her storage unit. She was pleased to get everything done in a timely manner. She was giving detailed information on how to get better use of her storage time and space, also offer for insuring her property while there. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I moved to Public Storage because it was closer to my house. I was anticipating that it was going to be more expensive and happy that it really wasn't. Mr Don was great at helping me with all my questions. He is VERY thorough. Security seems pretty tight here - so that is a plus! He even checks all the locks daily.

The staff was very polite, showed me everything I'd need to know, walked me through the unit and made sure I understood everything. HAd answers to all my questions. The unit itself was clean and well secured. No complaints here.

Easy process online with awesome promotional rate for 10x20 unit. Office called several times following up to confirm an appointment that worked for us. One negative is the employee mentioned ins requirement and provided a company insinuating I had to choose from the list, but after reading the contract that was not accurate and I should have challenged him on that. May be a product of how he was trained. Away from that I am pleased with this storage facility over the local competition.
