I reserved the storage for one price and was charged a different price when I went to the facility. They didn't honor the original price that I had reserved for.

The contactless online reservation worked perfectly. Had all of the information I needed to access my unit with a lock waiting inside.

I have not had to deal with storage units for a very long time, but the employee that helped me complete paperwork also gave great advice concerning economics and dimensions! I am very pleased and appreciative.

I am not going to lie, I'm glad I found this place. I was a customer of Metro Storage in kingwood and had been there for 14 months. Last Sunday I received a call from Metro saying that I needed to come check my unit out that they experienced flooding and my unit might be involved. I checked my unit and as far as I could see it was ok. I spoke with their manager and she said that they are wanting everyone to move out but they will give us time. I got a email Monday saying that they needed everyone to be moved out no later than Sunday, September 29, 2019 but in a very distasteful and somewhat rude way... Simply heartless. On Tuesday, September 24, 2019 I went to Public Storage with two reservations 1 for a 10 x 10 and the other for a 5 x 5 and from the beginning Sharon was very committed to serving me and representing Public Storage in a professional manner she even contacted her District Manager to help extend certain services to accommodate me even more. Thank you to all employees at Public Storage 700 block of N. Park Dr in Kingwood, TX you all display what customer service is all about!

I had a wonderful employee {Charlene}~customer experience when I signed up for a storage unit this past weekend. Today however, I was very disappointed with having my items in climate control storage on the 1st floor for only 2 days, the humidity that was in my unit is unacceptable. I was told the air would be set to 75 at all times, today my boxes were all damp, it smelled in my unit. I have 3 damp rid containers that already had about an 1/2 inch to inch of water. I was told the customers today 8-28-2019 kept the main door blocked open, and the weather {never rained} outside is the cause! Poor management on duty to allow this to happen. If I wanted a damp storage unit I could have rented a cheap storage unit else where! i am not a happy customer!

Didn't think about loss of power before I rented my space, very disappointed that there is no backup generator so I could have access during a power outage. Otherwise I am very pleased with personnel and facilities.
