I reserved a climate controlled unit a week in advance, when I got there or was not available. I would have to accept a smaller unit or one that was not climate controlled. I needed the size so I hand to get the non climate controlled unit. Then I was told it was not available for the $1 move in promo. So, I had to deal with it?

As soon as I looked online and made a reservation I was contacted by a friendly employee. He asked how he could assist me and what exactly I needed. The location was very clean and the staff understanding and professional. Thank u!!
