CubeSmart Self Storage - Kyle - 21400 Interstate 35

Everything is good about the storage, however leaving the premises at 10:04 there was an issue. I was aware of the cut off time, but I was thinking that was grinning ass and but we were locked in the storage area and had to call the police to get released because the gate would not open, the gate that we were exiting showed hit manager button, but there was no button. It was very frustrating.

I took care of all online in about 15 minutes, moved in. The lock was there and a dolly to move items.

CubeSmart made it easy to check in the same day that I booked the unit. Their phone support is great and very responsive/easily available and helped me to get checked in after the management office had closed. Upon getting the unit open, we found it to be very clean and tidy and ready for us to move in.

The application process was super easy. Everything was very clear and efficient.

We arranged the rental on-line, which was extremely easy. On arrival at the facility, the manager had our paperwork and we were done in under 10 minutes. The manager was very courtesy and the facility has all the supplies you need. Our rental space was clean and easy to access.

Steven was very helpful. Great no-contact customer service. Applied online, got a call a few minutes later with my gate code, and there was a lock waiting inside the unit when I showed up 30 minutes later. Quickest and easiest service I've had dealing with storage units.

We had to hurriedly find a place for our stuff in a very, one moment to another type move due to work. We brought our things from East Texas you Austin and the manager there Laurie was awesome from reserving to payment to bringing us dollies to get the heavy stuff out of the moving truck. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m confident with using this facility!

The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility is well maintained. The pricing of the units cannot be beaten considering the overall quality. I couldn't be happier that I moved from my previous storage facility. I was even offered bottled water during the move.

Front office was great, great location for our needs.

It actually was a pleasure. The staff on-site were extremely helpful. Even took some of the old boxes to the trash for us. The facility was very clean, especially the bathroom. It was a huge help to have the moving dollies in the hallway for our use.

My experience with CubeSmart in Kyle, Texas and employee Melissa was wonderful from start to finish! Their prices are competitive, they responded quickly, they communicated efficiently, their office and storage unit was extremely clean and Melissa was very helpful with the personal insurance aspect. One of the staff wasn't very courteous or helpful, but the lady that showed me the unit and did my paperwork was friendly. The place was clean and it was easy to move in.

The website had a great deal, it was an easy online reservation process, I received a follow up call right away, I got there and was given a tour to see if I wanted to go through with the rental of the unit I had reserved. The staff was very friendly and I was efficiently and promptly assisted, all my questions were answered, the process was fast, and the best I could find closest to San Marcos, Tx. The hours are also very convenient.

Hannah the on site manager was great. It was a quick and simple move in process.

The office and facility are super clean and the staff is very helpful, quick and personable. I was able to buy my lock there on site and the staff member made sure I received any discounts I was eligible for. Good price for climate controlled unit.

I was happy to get such a good deal, with one free month, which made up for the high admin fee of $22. The unit was clean, which is important to me. The manager was nice. The paperwork took awhile - wish I could've done that online. Also, I wish they offered less than the $5,000 insurance for $12. I only needed half that and would have liked to pay about $6. Overall - a good value.

Overall not a bad place. I would suggest that on the website that it is posted in plain view about the insurance charges for the units. I don't like getting side swipped with additional charges.

Got climate controlled for less than most competitors non-climate controlled. Excellent customer service. Reccomend to anyone needing help with storage!
