I liked pretty much everything except the communication about the pricing. Even though I spoke to a rep on the phone before committing, I didn't know until I got there that I couldn't pay for a fraction of a month. This was very upsetting to me as I could have gone with a different company had I known!

Pretty simple on getting a unit, quick on getting completed with friendly service.

They were very friendly and accommodating to my short notice and all of my needs. Very clean facilty.

We had to move into a storage unit quickly after the flooding in San Marcos affected my in-laws home. The price was excellent and the service provided was exceptional. We made it to the storage facility about 5 minutes prior to closing and the staff were very friendly. We were not rushed considering it was time for them to go home. I highly recommend them to everyone! Loved it!

I have nothing to rave about and nothing to complain about. I expected a clean facility with reasonable rates and I got it.

Good facility with decent surveillance. Great price for climate controlled unit. Process was quick and easy online.

The showed us the 2 sizes of units that we were interested in which was very helpful. The facility was very clean and offered all the moving supplies anyone would ever need from boxes to trucks. The also honored the price that you provided which was less than they normally charge.
