This place is not 24/7 , no carts for customer use. Kinda sketchy place . Make sure you GO look first.

Misleading internet advertisement, mentioned that if I paid online there would be no need top stop at office and sign any documentation and would be provided an access code, once I made the requested online payment, I received message that I needed to stop the office to receive access code. Top make story short, I had a very hard time trying to contact someone at the actual facility. Spent about 4 hrs trying to reach someone at the office. Would never recommend this facility to anyone. also before the month was due I received several "Notifications" that I was late in paymernt, again another 2-3 hrs on the phone trying to reach someone at the facility. After I made the payment I received another call requesting payment. I called back, the manager in turn answered and told me to call another number, that never answered, atrue nightmare of miscommunication and lack of care for customers.

The units are clean and the prices are very affordable Jose is awesome he was very helpful and not just on the day that I got the storage unit he went above and beyond every time that I've seen him even helped me unload my car Г°ЕёЛњЕ
