Reservation made over phone, Rep was professional and knowledgeable. Arrived at facility, unit was ready and clean, exactly as described. No surprises easy access at a fair price. Highly recommend.

I reserved through Sparefoot; however, the clerk did not show any reservation under my name or reservation #, so I had to settle for a much smaller unit. Secondly, they need to update their prices because the packaging tape says $7.99, but she says the system shows $8.99. The issue is not the $1.00 difference, usually the price on the package is honored. It seemed like the clerk couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t answer many questions. She said the manager would be there in 30-45 mins., never did. Lastly, renters cannot use the dumpster onsite, then why have one? On a positive note, I will say their facility is VERY clean.

This was a very good experience. Storing a car requires tge proper documentation, and I was provided that information prior to going to the storage unit ( title, insurance car, identification). Apparently, this has not been provided with other customers and I do not know if that was associated with sparefoot. My experience was that I was provided with all the necessary information prior to going to the facility. The agent at the facility was very efficient, friendly and was also appropriately informative.

Satisfaction vith service and customer service

I'm very pleased with my storage unit. The staff was fantastic. Location is accessible. There are carts available to aid in transporting your treasures to your unit. I would definitely recommend.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities, it looks almost like a new building, staff was really friendly and explained everything about how to start and end the lease. The entire process took me less than 10 minutes.
