Very clean, spacious, and safe!

The only complaint I have is that I wish the cost was a little lower.

The first Big 7 location where I had made a reservation did not have a space for me. There must have been some miscommunication. However the lady on duty sent us down to another location where we met Rhonda. She was cheerful and a joy to work with. She made us feel very welcome.

Not happy with 55 exterior unit. 55 units are only exterior exposing your goods to environmental elements.

Awesome I don't worry about my stuff.

Sunny and her husband are very friendly and I felt the check-in process was smooth and handled quickly. My indoor, climate-controlled unit is a bit rougher than anticipated (unfinished walls) and smells musty/like rat poison but the location is convenient and will work for my short-term storage needs.

Big-7 is run by the most amazing little couple. They are so friendly, so helpful and so welcoming. I absolutely hate having my stuff in storage but I feel my stuff is secure there and if I ever had to do it again I would go through them without hesitation. They give my 2 year old toys every time we go up there and they don't even mind letting her sit in the office for a few minutes to get her out of the heat while I get stuff moved around. They worked with me at all hours of the day, given my situation and difficulties in payment, not many other businesses would've been so willing to help me the way they did.
