I went and signed my 6 months premium on Thursday for a 10x10 and the office staff (Lou and Marissa) were very helpful. I have one little hiccup with my room and it was fixed by the time I came back with my first load of furniture. I am very please with the price and the people. Happy Renter :)

This is by far the best price I have found on storage anywhere. I ended up choosing a different size than I reserved because I wanted access to an elevator as I was moving large furniture. The office staff were extremely nice and helpful! I also really like their lock rental policy which is that you pay $10 up front, use the lock as long as you need, and then get your $10 back when you return it. The price does go up from the "special" after 6 months but for my unit that only means $4 more and it is still far cheaper than any other facility I looked into.
