Easy move in process. Friendly service.

The COVID situation makes it harder to reach the office to make and reschedule appointments.

The staff are excellent. The facility needs some exterior painting in areas, but it is clean and has a clean appearance.

Eipsey(?) spelling, any she was very helpful & kept me update if they would not be in office when I arrived because of property inspections or clean outs. She was professional & efficient at her job and I was never left waiting or wondering what a good time to arrive would be (even though I was way off schedule myself) everything went extremely smooth. Thank you!

It was all so very easy for me to setup my storage needs. My parents passed away and I needed to clean up and pack up my parents items I wanted. This was a very easy day. Movers came and then followed me to my storage place. Once again easy again. There's nothing easy about closing down a home of 44 years, but I had a great experience with Public storage and would use them again.

Everything was simple and fast. Express sign up was great. Had the size we needed and in a great location.

Hollie handled my accounts and answered my questions superbly! I really appreciate the effort looking over and measuring my stuff to determine the right unit for me. Plus located the carts and called several managers to get the answers for me.

Very efficient process from the online reservation to moving stuff in. We didn't have any issues, very pleased.

I rent at the location on 646 and had to handle some account information change. I called my manager to see if she could help me, she informed me she couldn't change info over the phone and gave me info on how to, I was near Cam's location and stopped in to update my account info. Cam was so sweet and helpful. Her property is beautiful and she's a dear.

When I came in everything went well. Everything was taken care of perfectly and professionally. Camille made my experience wonderful, she was outstanding and super helpful.

Cam was unbelievable with helping me choose and move into a storage unit. Bathrooms were clean too!

My father had a larger unit. I was really tired of hearing him complain about how the price had risen to $100 from $ 60 when he first got it. He had a unit before Public Storage bought the storage facility and really liked that the people would have coffee and cookies for him when he went in to pay his bill. He was always saying how the Public Storage people only cared about getting his money. So I moved all his stuff into his garage and needed a smaller unit to store my stuff. The first time I went in I was given the runaround about pricing for the unit. I was not really concerned about getting a deal, I just needed to rent a small unit. The person said she would speak with her supervisor and get back to me, which did not happen. 2 or 3 Stars. So.... I made a reservation online which was less expensive and very easy. The second person I spoke with was very efficient and did a great job showing me the unit and handling the transaction. I was very impressed with the second person. I am sure if she had been there the first time I went , there would have been no problem. 5 Stars for her. So we are going with 4 Stars overall.

Oh my can't say enough about the staff. They where so nice and helpful. The knowledge they shared was terrific. The ladies made it all so easy. Explained everything and answered all my questions.

After a couple of years with Public Storage, the construction for my detached garage and storage shed is finally complete. And through it all, Cam and Tamika in League City (Property 25883) have been wonderful to do business with. Cam and Tamika have always been very helpful and nice preparing me for the day to say goodbye and I am actually sad to be leaving Public Storage. As easy as it was to start service, it was just as easy to discontinue service hassle free. Made an appointment to look at my unit, but went the same day i reserved my unit instead. The door was locked, and had a be back sign. I waited for the property manager, and she set me up with everything.
