Horrible experience. This location only has one working elevator. The dollies were not available when the office was closed. So many people loading in at the same time made it impossible. I regret using this facility. I expected better.

This Public Storage was the cleanest, most organized and staffed by knowledgeable staff I've ever been to. This is my third experience with using a storage place and this one is BY FAR THE BEST !

It's a great location and storage space. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is there is no public restroom unless someone is in the office and they have to unlock the door and they only have 3 public carts for use. So if you don't own a dolly or cart you could be stuck waiting a hour to get your stuff moved.

Clean, not scary, nice, professional, showed me two different sizes to make sure I could visualize the correct size for my needs. I just wish they were a little closer to Texas City.

The service was great on location. The only thing I would improve upon would be concerning online reservations. The online associate was phenomenally friendly and helpful...but my original unit wasn't held. I did get another unit though. I would absolutely recommend Public Storage

The staff were very helpful and answer all of our concerns. The place is clean except for a few lights out throughout the walk ways of the storage units. Not a big secure concern, but here is always a possibility. Thanks

The League City, TX Public Storage is neat and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.at move in. This building was designed with a covered parking for loading and unloading. Safe and secure access the the large elevator.

Great experience and clean and ready property. The only mishap is that there are not enough dollies/flat box carts to service the entire property on a weekend.
