Public Storage - Webster - 15114 Highway 3

The agent asked basic questions about name residence and what budget and space needed, everything was done accordingly in a few minutes, went, checked in, paperwork was done in 15 min, had my space with no issues whatsoever

Manager was knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I have used public storage before and was not aware of some new changes. I questioned him. He was friendly and knowledgeable about answering my concerns and questions. The rates were better than other competitors nearby who provided the same quality of storage. I will continue to use public storage and recommend it.

Clean. Easy to drive around. Staff was professional and kind. Initiating the process online was easy.

Had no time to shop around, was in a emergency, and called right before closing and got a reservation for the next day. Paul is great, he was defiantly providing great customer service. The only negative is that you have to buy there lock. So I felt like I didn't have a choice, prisoners don't have choices, so my items are now prisoners. Lol

Quick and Painless process. I reserved my unit online and was immediately contacted by the staff to make sure everything was ready when I walked in the door. Paul had me in and out of there very quick!

The out side does not lock,my unit has a glass window and a home made wall,how safe can this be.

Indoor storage is VERY hot in the summer. There are AC ducts, and I'm sure there's something blowing through it, but don't plan on spending more than a few minutes without getting uncomfortable.

I only needed the storage for a week . Perfect 1 dollar price for first time customers but ended up being 30 dollars for the first month which was perfect for me because I didnt want to pay 50 dollars for 1 week of use.
