No complaints, easy access, great service

We needed a quick storage facility and found Self Storage. I did almost all of the paperwork online. Found the facility super clean, the employees very friendly and helpful. Could not be happier. Love the security at this location.

Nice facility. Was told we could have a 2nd floor 5x10 unit but none available. We settled for 10x5 which worked for us but on 3rd floor.

Good price, excellent facility, great security. My only concern is from talking with other tenants. I have been told that the original "move in" price is attractive, but that I should expect frequent rental price increases after incurring the expense and effort of moving in. Whether this is true or not, is yet to be seen. I will update my review as the months go by.

This is one of the best public storage units I have ever used. It is convenient, clean and the customer service was exceptional. It was also the best price in the area. I highly recommend!

I was sent an email stating what would be due upon my arrival to the location. The total amount I assumed I would pay once I arrived was $24.00 for the first month however I ended up having to pay almost three times that amount once I arrived at the location. It was all very misleading and very poor business practices. Unfortunately at that time I had no other option but to pay the amount demanded because I had a Uhaul sitting outside full of furniture with no other place to go.

The pricing was great and the unit itself was fine. The main issue I had was that the facility/employee charged me for a lock without telling me. She didn't discuss the cost of the lock or whether using it was optional or not. I saw the charge after I paid for my move-in and an additional month. The extra charge should have been disclosed before I paid.

I like everything about the place but security is a pain in the butt. Too many times to have to enter code plus you must exit your vehicle coming and going because can't be reached from vehicle. Exit should be via electronic eye.
