Public Storage - Webster - 2930 FM 528 Road

Only had this storage space for 3 days. It works for me.

The staff if friendly and helpful. I got my storage unit online. It was so easy! And when I arrived everything was taken care of!

Booked through sparefoot.com which helped secure an excellent rate. Once I arrived for move in, I was greeted by Daniel in the front office. He was very attentive and answered every question I had. He even provided some excellent tips to help make the process easier! Overall, he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly which helped put me at ease with my storage location selection. The price was on point and the location is easily accessible. Happy customer!

Public Storage has convenient locations and units of varying sizes to suit your needs. The manager, Daniel, at my location is a very nice young man. He is knowledgeable about storage needs and was instrumental in getting me the unit I wanted. Daniel is polite and respectful and doesn't try to sell you what you don't want.

I highly recommend this storage faciliy for location, value and customer service.

The two locations I stoped at the people were very helpful and gave me information about other locations as well.

I am very satisfied with the Public Storage location that I am using. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. The area lighting is good and entrance and exit access is easy.

I had to move my belongings into a storage unit at the last minute. I reserved a unit in the morning and was completely moved in by lunchtime. Torey was awesome! She was patient and friendly. She took the time to answer all my questions and show me around the property. If you are thinking about storing your belongings here, don't hesitate! You will be taken care of! Wonderful business!

Very helpful and compassionate. I had a rented 26' U-Haul truck that I needed to get some things unloaded into an apartment and the majority wasn't unloaded into the storage unit until the next day. They let me keep the truck on the property over-night because it was too large for the apartment parking lot.
