Lightning around the facility and storage isles does not work. Dark Units & Dark Drive Areas. No 24 hr Access. Better facilities close by. Staff is friendly.

I have been in customer service for many years and over time it has seemed to depreciate in most retail companies who deal directly with the public daily. This crew however, has assured me that not good but great service is still a forefront in their business. Lisa, Chandlee and Jim were awesome. The mot only made me a priority but were very freindly, welcoming and took the time to personalize my visit. They work very well together and the energy in that office in contagious. The place was great, the staff is very attentive, Lisa, Jim and Emily were great. The place is clean and they tried the best to give me the size of unit I needed. They did not try to persuade me to get a bigger size to fit my stuff. So far I am satisfied. Pay them a visit.

I made my reservation on line & received a call from the manager of the facility in LeagyCity, Texas. Lisa (the manager of the facility) went out of her way to assist me with my move. She was very knowledgeable of her business & made me feel more comfortable with my move. Very clean facility as well.
