Facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Penelope DeLosSasntos took the time to make sure I was familiar with the Facility and terms of use.

From the online booking to check-in and move in, the process was simple. Communication was excellent along with the service.

Costumer service was amazing. The lady was super friendly and explained everything to me. Helped me with what I needed help with. Answered all my questions with kindness.

If you're looking for a decent simple storage unit without all the bells and whistles, this is a great option. Place is clean, prices are good. Great Customer service!

Customer service was amazing!

I had to go 3 times to actually be able to complete the move in process. the person that was onsite was "out on the property" and the phone # listed was disconnected. Not sure this is going to be a good place, but it is in the only location that works for me right now...........so.................

Units had lots of dirt and leaves, wasp nest right outside. Only one gate for entrance and exit causing a bit of a traffic jam.

The manager was very helpful in getting us two units fairly close to one another.

Vee was great! She even alerted to another more suiting deal that they had, which I took advantage of. Extremely satisfied!

The property manager was very efficient and helpful in showing us the sizes and types of units available. We were able to choose a unit that fit out needs. The property itself is kept very clean and organized. would definitely recommend this facility.

I was satisfied with everything except to paper work. I entered name, address, e-mail, etc online to make the reservation, then had to fill out a form with much of the same information when I got to the facility. They seemed to be having problems with their copier, all of which added up to taking more time to get the lease done than I thought it should have

I will recommend to friends and family.

There are wasps outside by the units, but not inside. Customer service is on point. Also, you'd better get there at 9:30 if you need to access your unit after dark..Nobody is getting in after 9:59 pm! Was a challenege when i moved in making the time n before 10pm, but I'm thankful of the high security. I give a high five rating !
