This facility is great except VERY difficult to get to from anywhere. You have to go all the way up the freeway and back to get to it

The whole process was very simple and the price is right. Blake was very helpful and easy to work with. The facility is clean and well kept.

The on-site manager was very informative and patiently answered all my questions. Pricing is reasonable.

Hinky location access, but great product and prices

The manager was so nice and actually filling in for the regular manager on duty. She walked us through the whole process quickly and so professionally! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll definitely continue doing business here.

My unit was damaged placing a huge hole in the wall. This company told me theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re not responsible file a claim with my insurance because of the rats that may be in it possibly snakes too. I explain that the rest didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make the whole I was only offered enough time to move my stuff out of the building thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s it What a $25 credit that grants me only six days to move my stuff out of their building .due to the fact that I get off in the evening. There is no lights in the hallway of this building. When I ask about the safety concerns of the whole being in the building and snakes or rats could be in there they told me they could only shined a flashlight to see if anything is in the building. These people were very unconcerned didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care about the damage that may have happened to my items due to the fact that this hole was drawn into the wall of their building not by me not by wrote it by any source and offered no suggestions but you can move out if you want to we could have someone come and patch the hole in a few days on Saturday well todayﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s Wednesday can you imagine how much things could be in that building within those days. This time I do not recommend Cube Smart to anyone

Some trash was left in the parking lot from the prior tenant- small things, scattered in the parking lot in front of the door. I mentioned it to the office, 2 days later it was still there

The price was good, the rental process was good but I have a huge problem with one of their policies. The property has access hours which end at 10pm. That in itself is fine to not let anyone in after hours, but I was art my unit with a moving company crew and a 20 foot moving truck partially unloaded when it became 10pm. I couldn't stop right then with the moving truck not empty and multiple pallets of equipment on the ground outside the unit. We finished moving the pallets inside the unit and emptied the truck. At this point it was after 10pm. When we attempted to leave, the gates would not open because my access code didn't work. I called the 800 number and talked to agents multiple times. It was an hour before they could reach the site manager and get the gate open. This policy is absolutely ridiculous. I should not be trapped inside the property for any reason, ever. After hard work moving for over 5 hours I just wanted to leave, get a huge bottle of water and go home to test. This ordeal made my experience with this company very bad.

Only problem I had was the mandatory 12 dollar insurance premium. I believe it was I the fine print in the online registration. I felt like it was a little sneaky but other than that this is a great place. Clean, easy to get around.

Office staff person stated she was new, but she was efficient and informative.

Easy access, quick move in, and more affordable than most. I like the added gate security of requiring people to punch in (no tailgating) AND punch out to leave. If you don't put in a code to enter, you can't leave.

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.in selecting the right size unit for my needs. I highly recommend them.

The attendant did not mention that I could not get a refund for personal properly insurance which is required to rent if I showed proof of existing insurance with my home-owners on the same day. Instead, they just don't charge you for the next month. So basically I got hit for a full months renters insurance when I showed proof of insurance within 1 hour of signing. What a rip-off !! Moral of the story BRING YOUR PROOF OF INSURANCE BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING.

I not only had to wait after hours for them to find someone to open my storage i had to call and wait for over an hour

They were very kind and our other storage unit closed early for easter so we couldn't get in the weekend we were moving and they did. What a relief!

The customer service was excellent and well explained as Well as timely meaning didn't not take forever and able to get to move my stuff in and be on the road. The very pleasant office women was informative and helpful. I have already recommended the cube storage in Lewisville tx to all my friends that are moving as well. Thank you for hiring people the way my company hires employees which means a lot due to the fact I have been with Southwest Airlines for twenty years and know what good costumer service is all about. She would be a greater asset in a more major roll within your company. Thank you and thank you for have somebody that cares and wants to help.

I am very impressed with Myron. He called me just minutes after I reserved the unit and he was able to answer all my questions easily and accurately. On move in day he had all the paperwork that needed to be completed and made it smooth.

The customer service I received at this location was awful. The general manager, Sarah, was rude and unwilling to work with the customers regarding a misunderstanding created by her team. I would not suggest this location to anyone.
