Reserved online for an online price, but when I signed the paperwork, the price was different, and the worker, Michael, has had to go to the regional manager to get the approval to meet the rate and then credit me back the difference. Should be easier for the store representative to correct this error. Overall pleased because of the efforts of Michael to take care of me. Michael is fantastic.

The staff was very friendly and. Explained the rental process and walked me to my unit and the easiest way from the parking lot to my unit . she also went thru the contract step by step .

Experience was good. The attendant was great. The only uneasy thing was learning the extras at the time of checkout. The process would've ran smoother if one the initial call I was told upfront about the lock option and the insurance. But I like the facility and great and I feel safe leaving my things there.

Make sure to check out the unit first!!! So in my experience I reserved a 5x10 unit. When I showed up they showed me a unit the was a 4 x 12. Yes it would be almost the same square footage but it restricts you more on what you can put in there. So please make sure you go and look at the units and ask if they have

Very helpful staff. (Ask for Mike). Everything went smoothly while doing this transaction. Facility is clean and appear well maintained. The only thing I do not like is having to leave your vehicle to put in the enter and exit codes.

The facility is clean and secure. They did have unexpected "fees" at checkout though. Regular monthly amount, BUT we only allow this one specific lock that we conveniently sell (one time charge), AND we also require that you purchase insurance through us to cover your belongings (additional monthly charge). I wasn't thrilled with the last minute "required" add-ons, but I needed to store some items and I liked the facility itself.

I recommend this location to all of Lewisville. Cool And Clean. And thank you Jonathan for your speedy check in.

When we arrived we found the unit in Lewisville. They were nearby and at a good rate and location. We paid off the debt with the low cost and easy access. We moved to the new location near Flower Mound to protect some valuable that needed climate control and the cost is great. You have been good for us and we hope this continues at the new location.

Staff courteous and helpful, good experience, but please automate some things. Why can't I pay on line, I could not change from having insurance to no insurance, how do I set up Bill Pay from my bank; don't see the address on line at PS where we mail the check to....

We considered Public Storage because of the convenience (close to our home) and competitive price (best cost in our area for an interior, temperature controlled storage space) but was impressed more with the service and personal attention from the staff. They are efficient, professional amd service oriented. Great value and exceptional service!

We were downsizing temporarily and needed to store the majority of a 3 bedroom home. Everything went smoothly, even when we discovered we needed to rent an additional unit with the moving crew still onsite. We found the right unit and was able to move in within the half hour. The staff is excellent, the facilities are clean, and the site secure.

Chris was extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with.
