Good place, nice people that run the office.

I had experienced the death of a loved one and needed to go out of town for a funeral, and at the same time was moving out of my house to another location. I had to get packed and move my things into my storage unit Thursday night before heading out of town, but my unit only had access hours up to 9 p.m. and there was no way I would be finished by that time. I contacted the office and told him my situation and they gave me an extension on my access time for that day in order to accommodate my situation. I am more than appreciative and extremely grateful to them!

Great storage facility! I would recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit at an affordable price.

The agent that I rented from kept leading me around saying oh I thought this unit was available but it's not. Poor customer service. She also told me that I could use my own lock, came in the next day and the other agent said she doesn't know what she is talking about. So I now have to purchase another lock. They were trying to force me to buy their lock. I said no I will purchase my own. There was another customer who came in at the same time as me and the agent was so condescending to that customer I was absolutely horrified. The agent in the last sentence is apparently the one who lives on site. She is horrible. You need to fire her you are losing business. I will never recommend this site to anyone because of her.

While cleanliness, location and availability are all important when looking for storage space, in the end, those specifics are basically the same. What makes this place so special is the attention to detail that Hyanethia takes with customers. She listens, is patient and takes the time to work through a solution. We were really pleased with the outcome and her work. Thank you

Hyanethia was great! Very helpful and had me squared away in no time. Also very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was allowed to see multiple garages before having to pick one. I made the internet reservation and they still honored the discount even though I choose a large model than reserved. On-site manager is great. Quick with the paperwork.

Tiana is very sweet and helpful. There is not anything she won't help me with . The storage facility is very clean and easy access. I have been at this address for 6 years. I appreciate her very much....

Ashlie was great to work with. Very well informed and the process was smooth. Pros: Gate off College as well as Stemmons Fwy. Clean!!!! and Well maintained. Friendly Staff. Cons: Access is not 24 hours. :( No carts in the cart room (would have saved my back) :( The lock they sell is pretty expensive (nearly $20). Wish I had brought my own, :(((

Ashlie the Manager made the decision easy. Very accessible. Clean, with very wide lanes for travel to and from the storage unit.

Friendly and helpful staff, safe and well lit facility

I researched and spoke with many storage companies in my immediate area. PS had more variety at a better price, and a professional and courteous staff when I dealt with them. They were in my honest opinion the best all around package and to this point I am very pleased.
