Public Storage is the best place to rent from. I remember growing up in the 1980's how PS was the only place around. Not like now there is so many competitive places that you can rent from. I appreciate the high standards that they follow. The secured area and the lighting is of upmost important to me. Where I rented is not far from my current location & it is not out of the way for me to travel to.

The locations that I have rented at have had helpful managers and the properties have been satisfactorily clean.

This has been by far the best experience I have had with a storage unit. I had a storage unit in the past by another company and they can not compare to Public Storage by a long shot. The customer service was amazing and very helpful prior to my moving in. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone!

I would of liked the Public Storage unit that I'm using to be climate controlled.

Rates are kinda high. Lady that I dealt with didn't really know what she was doing. She was super nice though.

Came in, both women working were very nice and efficient. Got all the details I needed, saw the space (great size at a great price) I actually ended up getting a rare lower than I expected and everything went smoothly. Great place to trust your belongings with.

I went in and I had booked at the wrong storage the young lady got it corrected for me and did it all with the computer system being down.

Office staff is very nice and informative, she answered all the questions I had. It is a storage unit so I was not expecting much. Though, I would give a higher rating if the unit rented to me would have been swept. I know it is an outside unit and dirt and leaves will get in, but it should have been swept beforehand. Also, the lighting in the facility is not sufficient to load and unload under nor provide any sense of safety. There are no lights in the gate area making it difficult to enter the entry/exit code. (maybe just a bulb is out... or several).

The thing I don't like is a 15'by40' outside parking space is for only one vehicle and I have two small boats

I needed a place to store my boat for a couple weeks after I bought it before I could take it to the lake. Public Storage had a great $1 first month rate and they didn't require me to sign up for multiple months. They were extremely nice too. I highly recommend them.
