Rented a unit to store misc. items while we await the completion of our new home. Showed up in the rain on 12/31 (New Years Eve) and met Shelly. She walked us through the entire process, was patient as we worked to complete paperwork on a system that had recently been updated and was not exactly cooperative and accompanied us to our unit in the rain to insure it was satisfactory. Shelly was great to work with and very friendly. If you need a place, this is it! JG

Have stored in many states, but you are the FIRST to have a gift bag with town info & complimentary locks. So very thankful for the book info. We are just finalizing our move from Branson, MO. So wonderful for the ability to make reservations via email while there. The ability to open unit from both ends are going to be so helpful, nothing entirely against the back wall. We hope to be by in a few days to meet you. Again, thanks!
