Large unit, although mine wasn't totally cleaned out when I got it. There are a few bugs, but that is to be expected with an outdoor unit. The customer service is superb, they even came out after hours to fix my gate-access code. The deal to get one month free when you buy 3 months is great also and influenced my decision to use this company.
