Everything went smoothly except the new printer was not set up and no locks were available. Despite these minor problems with any business the lady was kind and helpful and got me set up right away. I am very satisfied with the company and know they are trying their best. I look forward to continuing service.

Storages are not as sturdy as I would hope them to be. But it's a gated property where my belonging are locked safely away and the entire move in process was super easy and super convenient which is exactly what I needed. THANKYOU

Easy and fast process, friendly staff

The only thing I dislike is how difficult it is to get a 20ft U-Haul truck to my space 003. Also I'm a late night person and I did not consider the access being limited. The staff is very knowledgeable, nice a.d efficient

Great customer service and pricing!

The only concern/issue is that we had a 20ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ U-Haul truck and the unit wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t easily accessible and only had one spot to make a circle to get there, but we had to back up several times to get out of the facility. Easier access for vehicles would be preferred.

Very affordable price comparing to others self storage storages!

I was late to the storage because they closed at 6, but I just let the women know I was coming and she stayed a couple minutes more after to help me with a storage. Thank you so much again I definitely did refer a friend

Very affordable units for the size. The staff took time to make sure the unit was in good working order. She went the extra mile for us and would call to make sure we were satisfied.

I have had a unit here for over a year. Never had any worries with security or pests which is always a bonus. However the customer service is amazing. They called me to let me know they were updating their website and helped me make a payment. The lady was super friendly and didn't charge me anything for speaking to a person.

The door takes up some cubic footage inside the locker. Good security, less expensive than the rest. It's in a safe part of town.

The staff is very accommodating and nice to work with. It's an older storage building so that might be a reason for the lower pricing than the newer storage buildings. Has a light inside the storage which can be useful. Save money here.

You can't beat Colonial for the price and service.

It has been fine. We needed storage quick and we're able to get it when we needed. I did try to explain how much stuff we had and it didn't end up all fitting which was frustrating however Colonial was not the only place that suggested that size so we thought we would be okay.

The people are very friendly and made me feel like family. The facility is clean and secure and I'm glad I picked this place.

We needed a storage within 2hours and put our things in it before the end of day. I called about 3p . We had everything in the storage by 830pm. It was a good size and it was clean. We feel good about our choice. We pay for good customer service, quality and price. No need to pay for a big company name that is too busy to return calls.
