The only thing that was slightly confusing was that the reservation looked to be done from the Sparefoot side, when in reality, the actual reservation is not held for you until you have talked to the facility directly. I feel that part is a bit misleading, and I am glad I was paying close attention. The facility itself reached out to me or I might have missed this fact.
