I had to do a rental and ESS was very quick. I was able to get the rental within the same day/hours of doing the contract. Right after I completed the paperwork, I got a call from the members to check in and provide me details on my space. The building is secure from the entrance gate to the building door and exit gate. The area to unload is not the best, but the space itself and the pricing worked out well.

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
5'x15'	Small (75 square feet) The size of a small bedroom. Good for large dining sets, desks, cabinets, mattress sets, washer/dryer.
10'x10'	Medium (100 square feet) The size of a large bedroom. Good for bedroom sets, refrigerator, large drawers, multiple boxes.
