Advantage Storage - Craig Ranch

I have been very unpleased with my experience so far. My moving crew I had helping me had great difficulty getting in to my storage unit. The email confirmation that was sent to me with all of the information regarding my unit and "code" that needed to be put in in order to have access to the property was wrong. At the time of arrival no one was on site in the office and it took many minutes to actually get someone on site to help guide us on how to have access. It took about 20 minutes for anyone on the property to get there to us. On top of that every time I called customer service all they did was tell me my information was correct and that they would send notification to the on site manager to have them help me and rushed me to get off the phone and did not wait to see if I was attended to. It felt very scripted and like they absolutely did not care to see if I actually got in and was able to access the property. A day later we finally got them to edit my code so I could have access with out issues but the whole process has been very irritating and I am disappointed.

The young man who helped me showed me around and was very resourceful.

The property manager, Dana, was wonderful to work with. Showed us how to access the elevator, carts and storage space! The prices were great and we appreciate the customer service!

The elevator would not work when I arrived to move in, but there was a storm the night before which may have tripped the circuit breaker. The office was closed (early morning), but the manager called me as soon as the office opened to apologize and test the elevators. She was very nice. Everything else went smoothly.

Location, Pricing, moving around in building with dolley, and customer service was all vary nice.

I recently had problems making a payment online. I called and left a message as I called before business hours. Within a few hours, I received a returned phone call to resolve matter. Courtney was very helpful in resolving the matter.

Reserving storage unit was very easy online and woman at front desk of facility was very friendly, made me feel like I made the right choice. Facility was very clean and the fact they had carts to help move items from car to unit made moving very easy. I would definitely recommend this place to family/friends.
