Moving in was extremely simple and they did an awesome job! There are carts available for use which made all the difference in the world! Safe, secure, and great location!

the place is spotless its extremely conveneient and the associates are easy to deal with if you happen to go into the office!

At first it was perfect. Closest to my location and 100 bucks a month is average. 20 months later and 4 price increases and I'm done. I took the first three but this is ridiculous. Average 5 months before they send you a letter for a price change.

I had a indoor unit for my apartment things when i was moving away for the summer traveling. I never had an issue and even when i moved to a bigger unit it was an easy switch. I recommend them to all my family and friends

Location is very convenient, customer service is superb. I rented 2 units on the second floor and it was very easy to move items in/out. Elevators and hallways were always clean and well-lit. Very secure. I will definitely use them again when I need storage. I highly recommend the location as well as the friendly manager.

I just was not show how to access the facility where the elevators were or how to access the carts. It would be nice for new renters to know all that when you sign up.

We had a good experience renting here. We showed up 10 minutes to close and the man helped up without rushing to get out. He explained all of our paperwork, then gave us a good tour of the facility. I'd recommend this to anyone.
