Renting a parking space and even though I am parked inly in my space, they asked to move my car a few inches over to accommodate some other parking space renter. But, I'm now out of the country. Every step in the renting process, they acted like they were doing me a favor by charging $69 for a parking space outside and over a water drainage gutter.

I have a busy schedule so I did everything, as far as paying deposit and giving all my info, over the phone. It could not have been easier! I'm very happy with the unit I got and the price is unbelievably lower than the other 5 storage places I looked into!

The person that was managing seemed clueless. I showed him the email reservation and he said that doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t mean anything. I gave him the reservation number and he said he canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find it in the system. He gave me a rental unit and then said oh that is not ready so I will give you this one instead, he said he will change the paperwork laterﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not convinced with this individual. When I comeback with my stuff I will double check before I store anything
