Extra Space Storage - 1624 - Mesquite - Gus Thomasson Rd

I was sent the wrong address, the entrance is on I30 W. service road not on Gus Thomasson Rd.

Place is kept very clean. Was easy to deal with and got what I wanted almost effortlessly.

The staff is very helpful and kind, and the units are pretty clean and easy to find. If you're like me and don't want to spend money on storage but really need the space, even if it's temporarily, this place checks the boxes. I haven't had my unit that long yet, but so far it's been a good experience. My only gripe, at no fault of their own, is that I have to drive kinda far and the road construction directly leading to and outside of the facility makes it tricky to get to.

But speaking of prices . I am paying way more for unit which was too small to hold all of my furniture and things and the salesman Corey or DJ whatever name he goes by convinced me that a 10x15 would be sufficient to store 3 bedrooms of furniture well that wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t true and we had to give away the furniture and articles there was no room for. My husband was fussing at me and I was disappointed as well. To top all that off I got an email confirming my appointment and pricing for a 10x20 for less than what Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m paying for 10x-15. So no my experience was a disaster. I called to talk with the employee who lied to me but they said he off. I initially signed up and had an appointment for 14; but I decided go ahead and purchase it a day earlier while I had the time because packing and moving is an unwanted job. As far recommending this place to someone I would definitely tell them to be care and have them to show you the comparison of the one you think will work for you to next size up or down to accommodate your needs. I am paying more money for what I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ask for. I was bamboozled. It always happens to a woman. Why do men lie to or take advantage of women? SMH

This was a pleasurable experience. The staff was was efficient and knowledgeable. All paperwork was done over the phone at my convenience. All I did was sign when I arrived. The facility and grounds were the cleanest I had ever seen. Extremely pleased. Lorraine was pleasant and professional.

The process of moving into my storage was awesome. Everything was explained to me from the storage size to the price. I was shown two storages (one that I reserved and one that was smaller to see which one I preferred). The employees were very patient with me and took their time. I definelty recommend this facility for all of your storage needs.
