Staff knowledgeable, friendly service. Unit was not move in ready. Had to clean up oil spills ourselves.

Prices are a bit too high also they don't honor military discount to vets only active duty.

This was my 1st tine using a storage unit. I had tried to reserve 1 at a few other places. But the ones I talked to never got back to me with anything. But I got a response asap at public storage. They emailed me right away with the details as well as called me the next day with bonus info. The employees were kind and considerate and made sure I understood everything before signing with them.

I reserved a storage online and it was cheaper. It didn't take long at the office since most of the information was filled out - just had to sign papers. Storage unit was clean, exactly what I was looking for.

Amber was great! Very professional and explained everything in great detail. Even though I told her it is likely that I will only need the storage unit for a couple of months she treated me like a customer that she expects to have for years and was very respectful. I highly recommend this Public Storage facility to anyone in need.
