My gate code would not work. Your attendant tried using my iPhone. Nada. I need the app to work so I can continually access as needed. I need this resolved and confirmed either with a text, or call, or email. This cannot happen again. My first experience. Not good.

I forget her name, but she was a mature black woman, new to the location, and she was very kind professional and accommodating...
