The size of the unit on the add was 12 x 22.. Seems like that should work for me as I had 20 foot sheets of siding I was gonna store. I recognized that the only time they are quick to answer the phone is for sign up payment. I showed up with my first load to discover that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m locked out of my unit. So I give them a call to be on hold forever. So I accept the convenience of a call back. Finally 9 hours later, the phone rings and theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re happy to help. Fortunately, I already found a way into my locked storage to discover that 22ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ storage means that they measured it 2ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ outside the door.. I had a bit of a problem with this because it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t what they claimed it to be with the add. So I addressed it with the customer service call team person and they were very happy to help me out with getting a larger unit at the larger unit price. The facilities are not maintained very well with broken doors and trash everywhere. I will try to get out of this as soon as I can physically and financially am able. I would not recommend them to anyone else! Thanks
