Safer
I reserved and paid for the 12x30 covered storage unit. However it was Not a 12x30. It was a good thing I had an additional person with me to guided me in because the storage was purchased for my RV motor home. I purchased the unit based on the measurements on the side that says 12x30 but actually it is 10x30. If my friend was not with me I would have damaged my ac on the roof because it was to low to completely back in to the unit. So I had to purchase a 15x46 which is way more than I need and more expensive. I recommend that the update the site with correct measurements.
