Service from Loe's was great. Service from Sparefoot needs some work. We told the agent that we wanted the unit in New Boston and he reserved the one in DeKalb. Thankfully, the people at Loe's were able to correct the problem and get us into a unit in New Boston.

horrible. the lad that worked there didn't know what she was doing or talking about, giving me wrong info and if I dint not have to move asap, I would have never gone here they even gave me the wrong unit number. I was searching for it for about 30 min and couldn't find it. . I will never be back and I WONT tell people I know to go there.
