CubeSmart Self Storage - New Braunfels

The facility fits our needs, the unit is a little expensive even with the discount… but it is close to my new location. Staff is very friendly. Unit was clean when we arrived.

Easy access to the rented unit. Convenient cart provided for moving items from vehicle to storage unit. Great climate control makes working in the facility possible even in the extreme heat of summer.

Too expensive as time goes on, with rate increases each year.

Rented the unit from out of state and when I arrive was surprised to see it was exactly as advertised. This is a well lit and very clean facility.

Amazing customer service. I chose this facility due to how nice they were when I dropped off my Penske truck a couple of weeks earlier. The price is very good compared to others the same size..and I love the fact that they have a cart to load your items so you don't have to carry everything. Only issue I saw for the climate ones was that there is only one entrance and it got a little crowded when another vehicle pulled in.

Cami did a great job of explaining everything and we were ready to use the unit within minutes of arriving. The paperwork was super easy to fill out on line, and the unit location was ideal for my needs.

Friendly customer service. They were very helpful and informative. The place is clean my storage unit was clean the only thing I really have anything negative to say about was the distance from the door to my Cube I think more interest is should have been made and maybe the price a little cheaper but what can I say we're in New Braunfels...

Dena makes it well worth renting at this location; plus unit is VERY clean and neat, and process was smooth.

Manager was very nice and helped me when I got held up in traffic and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make it there before they closed.

Sadly we did not rent the unit we had reservation for due to unforeseen circumstances but the unit and location are great and easy to access. The unit we were reserving was also climate controlled which is a plus for storing things in Texas due to the temperature extremes. The staff at the facility was very helpful and also assisted us with our Penske Truck rental turn in.

Great, clean place, secure and safe even in the evenings.

Initial paperwork took quite a while due to their system being down but, they were very polite and friendly. Facility itself is clean and easy to navigate. Trollies near the door were very helpful. Love that the place is climate controlled and door is password protected.

The staff and facility has everything I was looking for. Good location, great service, high security and very clean. My unit was just the right size and is easy to get to. I am very satisfied.
