Fix the doors so they open easier

Great experience easy move in. Definitely a plus and would recognize. I love the ease of handling everything online

I arrived on my move in day (Thursday), to find no one working. I called and was connected to someone at another facility. They were able to find out that nobody would be there. I had to return on Friday to check in. The lady said that she didn't have a reservation for me and not sure she could get me the unit I was looking for. She was able to get me a unit that was supposed to be for someone else. There is a large lack of communication that needs to be addressed.

I will tell my friends about this storage

I really like the online renting. Easy and at my conscience. Priced as much or a little more than the new buildings. Good security. My only complaint is that the gate are locked just a little too early.
