The woman that helped me check in was so sweet and helpful. Only a few bugs but nothing major. Working doors, gates, and elevators. Lots of storage for a great price.

Brand new, appears well managed, gated fully automated access with App, brightly lighted excellent security, easy in & out right off Shaver St at Westside Dr in central Pasadena TX

Leasing it online was a quick process and of course getting confused what day it was, was funny but the office staff was wonderful about it. They helped me to get my storage a day earlier and make sure it was satisfied. Area is really clean and how secured they have the storage as well.

I have had nothing but great experiences with public storage. It's cost effective, clean, and the employees are very professional. I had an issue today that was resolved quickly with no trouble at all. Great facility, great customer care.

Fast & clean and good security

Only thing I did not like I went one evening and the lights were out on that floor. Very scary but I had to leave a box off so had to feel my way around. Other then that it's ?? cool.

This was our first time ever getting a storage so we were unsure how things worked but Chelsea was a great help. She showed us the different sizes and explained to us everything from pricing to the insurance we werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even aware of. The place was built about a year ago so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really clean, everythingﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s new. I would definitely recommended it to everyone.

Had an issue with the manager not wanting to honor the online price, had to make a reservation and return the next day to receive the quoted price. Otherwise, the staff is very cordial.

Easily access friendly staff clean facility would recommend this storage to friends and family. Good hrs to go in and out restrooms are clean and convenient for your use
