I was looking for storage for my new boat and Sharon helped me to select a unit that was right for me. I had an issue with getting my boat in the storage due to the size but was able to get into another unit the same day.

Wish youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re covered RV spots did not have a bar that made it very difficult to park a travel trailer. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a slanted bar that makes it very difficult To park.

Everything was ready and available when i stopped by to pay a mere hour or 2 after i made my reservation online. I cannot remember the womans name but she wore glasses and was VERY sweet. She entertained my children and was able to take care of children. The overall facility was clean - No trash in parking lot. I'd highly recommend renting from this facility!

exact size I needed, had to be swept out/it was a little dirty. Plus there were bugs. Manager promised to have pest control done.

Super friendly, great service, clean, and the awesome manager is on site 24 hours a day. When getting the storage unit I was on deadline and instead of me having to stop moving things at 9 pm when they close the manager stayed up late and made sure I had access to my storage unit. He is the main reasons I use this facility. When I was trying to find a unit he was so nice and showed me several different units as to the first place I looked showed me a map of their facility.

This place is horrible got my storage a 10x20 and open the door it got stuck then got the manager and try to get the door un hung then the door dropped on my head suppose to get a free month of rent but they have yet have it to me I would not rent here at all

Manager greeted me at the door. He was professional and answered all my questions then took me to see unit on golf cart. Filled out forms and was out the door in less than 30 mins.

Facility is WAY WAY over priced. The covered storage areas are starting to become delapidated. It is very conjested, and you do not have room to manuver in the lot if you have a large trailer. If you would like to stay here, bring your deep check book or high limit credit card. In my opinion, way over priced for the condition of the lot.

I called SpareFoot and reserved an appointment and within minutes Move-It storage in Alvin, Tx called me to confirm. I went up there just to check it out because my mind was pretty much already set on another place. After getting there and seeing how much larger the unit was, for almost the same price as the smaller one at the other location, my mind was made and I ended up leaving with a storage unit. The manager was very friendly and didn't try pressuring me into choosing them over the other place. This was my first time getting a storage unit and he made it a very easy experience! I would definitely recommend Move-IT storage to my friends and family!
