Needed something quick and small. Renting was one of the easiest things Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever done online. 2-3 minutes on paper work. Received my booking access codes within minutes of completion. Effortless and easy in and out to unload my things and the person working that day left a very professional message and offered his services if I should need them. Very clean facility. I would definitely recommend to a friend

I was so happy to have one less thing to worry about. I filled out the form online and it was so easy. The space was nice and I saved so much money!!!

Lighting could be a lot better but overall it was a good choice

i would recommend Public Storage . I got a inside storage and it is very clean inside and I like the security of cameras and having codes to get in the doors. The storage in Pearland Tx -- CHAMELE THAT HELPED ME IS EXCELLENT SHE IS VERY KNOWLEGEABLE AND HELPFUL AND KIND AND I NEEDED THAT BEING SO TIRED FROM THE MOVING. SHE DESERVES 10 GOLD STARS. I made my reservation online and Ms. Latanya called me right away to confirm everything. She reviewed the monthly cost, the insurance and lock total cost with me and answered all my questions. Upon arriving at the location I was greeted in a pleasant and professional manner by Ms Latanya.

My only complaint is they just watch you struggle to get the dolly through the door instead of coming to hold it open a little extra bit of customer service would go a long way!

While the staff was polite, the online registration was misleading... it did not reflect the mandatory lock buy @ $11.00, (I brought my own lock). Online, the statement said that for $1.00 rent for the 1st month, and a 'administrative fee' of $24.00 was all I needed. I ended up paying over $50.00, mandatory lock and insurance fee, this needs to be stated. I even did the express registration, and when I came to the office, it was still not complete, even though, online I completed all questions asked.

All of the employees that I have talked to are very helpful and polite. The facility is kept very clean and the lighting is very good.

Briana and Daniel were super friendly and had an enormous amount of knowledge to assist me in choosing the right size unit. They turned a horrible day into a great one full of laughter. Will definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a place for storage. The place is super clean and offers any item you may need for boxing up items.

I've lived in Pearland for 7 plus years, I've had countless experiences good and bad. At this particular office I stopped by inquiring about information on a unit and I was very happy by the service that was provided by Briana. She was very patient, and informative to all of my questions and concerns. The office was well organized. She provided the best customer service I've had in my experiences guaranteed. Highly recommended.

Briana and Daniel are such a great team. I really appreciate them helping out with all my storage needs. They even went as far as making my 4yr old feel comfortable by talking about super heros. This is a nice, friendly, and clean environment. And is ran by really great management.

Timers for the lights need to be adjusted. Was placing things in storage with little or no lighting.
