My experience with Advantage Storage on mcDermott ave in Allen, Tx was very pleasant, comfortable and informative. The person i spoke with in customer service gave me all the information that was required to make the decision to rent a storage space with them. There price were competative. The customer service person also smiled often which also helped in a sad time in my life since my wife passed away 3weeks ago. I recommend Advantage Storage. Ric Falster

I requested to be put on a waiting list 2 months ago. When I called to check, they were going to call me back. when I called again later in the day, they said the service said they had a 10X30. when I showed up to look at it, the also had 2 12X30 units, which is what I wanted and was waiting on. that part of the service was disappointing.

This husband & wife team know what they are doing! It was not only a pleasant experience, but an enjoyable one. Very friendly, extremely efficient & made me feel like their most valuable customer even though I was only renting a tiny space. Beyond any expectations I had. Highly recommended.

Ann was the best and her husband together as a team was exceptional, they made sure I had all of the tools I needed for the easiest move and storage experience. They even let the movers in for me, they came from Austin and I was across town.
